仕事内容
- Reporting into the head of Investment Trust Operation
- Oversee Investment trust daily operation as a team lead.
Subscription/Redemption, Trade management, Fund Accounting, NAV,
Cash management, Regulatory Reporting, Client support, FOF processing
- Drive internal/external initiatives for new business, risk management and/or cost saving.
- Review procedures to improve efficiency and to mitigate operational risk.
- Work and liaise with portfolio manager, account manager, business support and/or
external counterparty to support the business.
- Create a support flow for new funds or new business initiatives from Operations
perspective and coordinate with clients and global teams.
- Lead the team staffs and guide and motivate them to achieve the business goal as a leader


応募資格
Qualifications
- More than 5 years experiences in Operations
- Knowledge of Investment trust accounting, Fixed Income and/or Derivatives preferred.
- Strong communication skill for effective interaction with global counterparts, both in
Japanese and English.
- Well-organized, proactive and self-motivated individual
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment with multi task
- A team player with a high level of accuracy in work
- Project management skill and excellent PC Skills
- People management skill preferred
