仕事内容
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The role of this position is to serve as a member of the Investment Guideline Compliance team and responsible for verifying trades and performing periodical compliance check to ensure compliance with client guidelines and regulations. Position requires frequent interaction with Account and Portfolio Management as well as the Legal department on regulatory and guideline issues.

Specific tasks include the following:
・Verify trades to ensure compliance with client guidelines and regulations at time of trade.
・Perform periodical compliance checks of account holdings versus client guidelines and regulations.
・Create and maintain security masters.


応募資格
QUALIFICATIONS:
・At least, 3-5 years experience in the financial industry, preferably at an asset management firm. Experience checking trades and portfolio against investment guidelines is a plus.
・Basic knowledge of financial products, including fixed income and derivatives.
・Possess strong analytical skills and problem solving ability.
・Excellent English/Japanese communication skills both in written and oral.
・Capability to manage multiple tasks with tight time deadlines.
・Ability to work under pressure with a fair degree of autonomy as well as in a team environment is essential.
・Good working knowledge of MS Excel. Experience of using Macros/VBA, MS Access, and InfoCube a plus.
